San Francisco Bay - Security Zone 02 January 2003 The U.S. Coast Guard has made permanent its previous temporary moving and fixed security zones extending 100 yards around and under all cruise ships and tank vessels that enter, are moored in, anchored in, or depart from the San Francisco Bay, California and Delta ports.
